Easiest ever chia pudding


  1. 1/4 cup chia seeds
  2. 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  3. 1 tbsp maple syrup
  4. pinch sea salt
  5. 1/2 tbsp lemon
  6. Toppings
  7. seasonal fruit
  8. chopped nuts


  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients

  2. Chill covered for 30 minutes and stir again

  3. Leave overnight

  4. If it gets too thick, stir in a little more milk for desired consistency

  5. To serve or to take out serve in a bowl and top off with desired seasonal berries and fruit

  6. Finish up with favorite nuts
