Easy Fresh Lemonade


  1. 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  2. 4 tbsp white sugar
  3. 6 cups water


  1. Squeeze 1 cup of fresh lemon juice through a strainer to remove seeds/ pulp (I use 4 large Meyer lemons)

  2. Fill a cup measure with 2 cups water, then add sugar. Microwave for 45 seconds, then stir until sugar completely dissolved.

  3. Put lemon juice, sugar water, and additional 4 cups of water into a large carafe and refrigerate. Shake before serving.
