  1. 120 g Frozen Avocado Peices
  2. 120 g Feta Cheese
  3. 10 Eggs
  4. 3 tbsp Whipping Cream
  5. Oregano dry or fresh
  6. Garlic powder
  7. Salt


  1. Pre heat oven to 325 degrees. Pre grease 12 count muffin tray, put 10g of each avocado and feta into each serving.

  2. Put eggs and whipping cream in bowl. Whisk until mixed. Pour into muffin tray.

  3. Add pinch of salt, oregano and garlic powder.

  4. Cook for 30mins at 325 degrees. Use toothpick to poke centre to make sure fully cooked through.
