Foot Soak

Ingredients

  1. 1 C milk
  2. 1 Tbsp Tumeric
  3. 1 Tbsp rice flour

Steps

  1. Pour mix in basin and soak feet for 5 minutes. Next, use fingers to buff heels with the mix for 1 minute; rinse. Use twice a week for results in 2 weeks.
