Fried Cabbage

I have been fixing fried cabbage for a few months now off and on. And it’s absolutely delicious. I just wanted to share it!


  1. 1 Cabbage


  1. Rinse and clean cabbage with water for a few minutes in a plastic or glass bowl.

  2. Transfer cleaned cabbage to a strainer.

  3. Set stove burner between 4-5.

  4. Place pot on the burner that was set.

  5. Get a quarter stick of butter and place it in the pan.

  6. Cut your cabbage as fine as you prefer on a cutting board.

  7. Place cabbage into the pan.

  8. Season with a teaspoon of salt and pepper.

  9. Stir cabbage and seasoning.

  10. Then pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

  11. Stir cabbage for 1 minute.

  12. Place top on pan.

  13. Reduce heat to 3.

  14. Cook for 20 minutes stirring cabbage in between.

  15. Cabbage should be ready to serve!
