Another quick rice bowl that won’t ruin your pockets!



  1. 2 Green onions
  2. 1 TBS Soy Sauce
  3. 1 TS preferred oil
  4. 1-2 cloves garlic
  5. A few slices of deli ham
  6. 1/2 cup rice
  7. Optional: Pinch of Sesame seeds
  8. Optional: 1 fried egg


  1. Begin boiling rice, this should take about 10 minutes. Perfect amount of time to finish up the rest of the preparations

  2. Chop both green onions into thirds, mince garlic, and chop deli ham into preferred size.

  3. In a pan, turn to medium head and add the oil and minced garlic, stir for about 20 seconds.

  4. Start to add your green onion, cook for 1 minute then add soy (slowly, it can get pretty steamy)

  5. Continue cooking for another minute, then remove.

  6. Add ham to the pan, letting it reheat

  7. Optional: cook your fried egg in a clean or separate pan with about a TS of oil. Crank egg and cover for two minutes on high heat.

  8. Plate rice and surround rice with your ingredients

  9. Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds for a decent look 😉
