Greens Beans w Garlic-Herb Butter

Ingredients

  1. 3 T unsalted butter (room temp)
  2. 1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
  3. Kosher salt & p
  4. 1/8 cup parsley, finely chopped
  5. 1/4 cups chives, finely chopped
  6. 1 lb green beans, trimmed

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, salt & p. Fold in parsley and chives

  3. Add 1/2 T salt to the pot of water. Add green beans and cook until tender, 3-5 min. Drain beans and return to the pot. Add butter mixture in small spoonfuls and toss until butter is nearly melted
