Greens Beans w Garlic-Herb Butter
Ingredients
- 3 T unsalted butter (room temp)
- 1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Kosher salt & p
- 1/8 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cups chives, finely chopped
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
Steps
Bring a large pot of water to a boil
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, salt & p. Fold in parsley and chives
Add 1/2 T salt to the pot of water. Add green beans and cook until tender, 3-5 min. Drain beans and return to the pot. Add butter mixture in small spoonfuls and toss until butter is nearly melted
