Ham and Mushrooms Scramble Eggs

One of my favorite scramble eggs ever!

  1. 2 Tbsp butter
  2. 1/4 onion, minced
  3. 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  4. 6 slices smoked ham, diced
  5. 1/2 can champignons, drained, thinly sliced
  6. 6 large eggs
  7. 2 Tbsp whole milk
  8. 100 gr cheddar cheese or to taste
  9. to taste salt and pepper
  10. Additional side dish:
  11. 1/2 avocado, sliced
  12. fresh strawberries or your favorite fruits


  1. Heat the butter on a pan over medium high heat. Sauté onion until fragrant.

  2. Add champignons, smoked ham, and red bell pepper. Cook for about 1 minute.

  3. Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Add the egg batter into the pan. Stir slowly with a spatula.

  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the eggs. Cover the pan with the lid for another minute. Remove from the heat. Put it aside for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

  6. Serve warm with your favorite fruits ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? and a glass of milk! ?
