Healthy flour balls

Ingredients

  1. Foxtail millet flour 200grm
  2. Yellow moong dhal powder 150grm
  3. Powdered sugar 150 grm
  4. 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. Saffron strands few
  6. 150 gram Ghee
  7. 1/2 cup hot milk
  8. 3 tbs Honey

Steps

  1. Mix both the flour, and fry until the aroma comes, keep saffron in a small cup and microwave for 30sec, crush and keep

  2. Put off fire, add cardamom powder, sugar and saffron, honey, mix well

  3. Keep a deep pan add ghee, let it melt in very low flame, keep the hot milk ready

  4. Take half portion of flour and add ghee and little by little and mix, sprinkle milk and make balls decorate with pistachio. Same way do the other half portion also.
