Healthy Homemade Spaghetti-Os

This was a very easy meal with few ingredients. Basically just noodles and sauce. Looks like canned Spaghetti-Os without the crazy ingredients from “Chef Boyardee.” The key is really to find the right pasta. I bought cheap wagon wheels not realizing they were minis. And, Voila!


  1. 1 box mini wagon wheel pasta noodles
  2. 1 can garlic parmesan flavored tomato sauce
  3. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  4. 1 teaspoon fine chopped garlic
  5. 1 teaspoon fine chopped cilantro
  6. Optional Ingredients*
  7. 1/2 red onion chopped
  8. 1-2 teaspoon mrs. dash


  1. Boil water for Noodles. Meanwhile start sauce. Add veggies and spices and let simmer. Add noodles to boiling water.

  2. When pasta is done mix with sauce.

  3. Serve to children as Spaghetti-Os Excitedly with a Smile and watch them eat healthy! ? (optional: serve with garlic bread and salad or any side you like!)
