Hollandaise Sauce

  1. 3 egg yolks
  2. 2 T melted butter sizzling
  3. 2 T lemon juice
  4. 1 sprinkle Paprika
  5. Salt and pepper


  1. Separate the yolks into a ramikan or small bowl

  2. Add lemon juice and seasonings to egg yolks, don’t stir

  3. In blender pour sizzling butter and add the egg yolks. Quickly turn blender on for about one minute

  4. Pour hot hollandaise Sauce over favorite food or into clean ramikan to dip artichoke leaves.
