Homemade Applesauce

Sometimes homemade is less complicated.


  1. 4 large Fuji apples
  2. 1-1/4 cup apple juice a good quality
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  5. To taste kosher salt


  1. Wash, peel, and core the apples. Chop them up.

  2. Put into a pot with the other ingredients.

  3. Cook 15-20 minutes. Smash and stir the applesauce. Taste add the salt stir and re-taste. If you like take just a bit out add salt to taste. If you like it better without the salt then just leave the salt out.

  4. Serve I hope you enjoy!
