Homemade faluda

Indian faluda


  1. Milk
  2. Burfi
  3. Ilaichi powder or cardamom powder
  4. roasted vermicelli or sewiyan
  5. Rose syrup or rooh afja Indian sharbat
  6. Pistachio chopped
  7. Chia seeds


  1. First boil milk by adding burfi and make thick mixture by boiling atleast 30 minutes

  2. Now let it freeze.optional we can add cashews or nuts if you like so much

  3. Now boil sewiyan or vermicelli and soak chia seeds

  4. After freezing icecream take out from fridge

  5. Take one glass put one scoop icecream.another scoop of chia seeds and vermicelli

  6. Again add scoop icecream and chia seeds with vermicelli

  7. You can make up to 2 to 3 layers.in the end decorate with rose syrup.sparkle some cardamom powder

  8. Yummy mouthwatering faluda is ready
