Honey Oat Loaf


  1. Dry
  2. 190 g bread flour
  3. 20 g oats
  4. 10 g butter
  5. Wet
  6. 3/4 teaspoon yeast
  7. 3/4 cup warm water
  8. Flavorings
  9. 1 tbsp honey
  10. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Mix the wet ingredients, the flavorings and the oats in a bowl

  2. Slowly add in the flour, kneading with a spatula or wooden spoon.

  3. Start to knead with your hands, be careful, it will be sticky. Don’t add extra flour, the oats will absorb the liquid and make it more firm.

  4. Put back in the bowl and let it proof with a damp cloth on top for 20mins.

  5. After 20 mins, punch the dough and knead it for one minute.

  6. Let it rise in your loaf tin for 20 more minutes.

  7. Bake it in a preheated oven at 350f or 170c for 25 minutes.

  8. Once baked, let it rest for an hour and enjoy!
