Italian frozen pudding
Ok so…. I literally went into my kitchen and started throwing things in a bowl and freezing it! Do you know how good this turned out?! This was amazing! It was quick and simple as well as… Healthy!!
Italian frozen pudding can most likely not be bought in stores. I’ve actually never eaten it or seen it in stores. I saw a pic of it and thought, “what if I made something like that for cookpad?” That’s how it all went down! And now… I’m enjoying a delicious, soft, easy, healthy, frozen, Italian pudding!
Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice (fresh works best)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon water
- Pinch baking soda
- Food coloring (optional but I used yellow)
Steps
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients
Place into small cups and let freeze for 4-6 hours
Enjoy!
Notes: the more sugar you put in it, the softer it will be
