- 2/12 Ground beef
- Package Velvetta cheese singles
- 1/2 tablespoon each Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Steps
Add all your spices to the ground beef and mix throughly.
Take two small balls of ground beef and form two separate small patties.
Take your cheese single and fold it into a square on top on itself placing in the middle of one patty.
Press along edge of patties once they are together making sure no holes exist. Once the sides are pressed flat roll the patty with both hands clockwise to form a nice even looking patty. Put the patties on the grill on top rack under low heat. You can make these on the stove top just make sure heat is low and you have enough olive oil to cook patty. You can’t cook these fast because the inside won’t melt. Take your time and enjoy ! This recipe should yield 8 burgers.
