Kerecek Kikil Tahu Sirih / Stir Fried Beef Tendon and Tofu
I was confused to find the right terminology for “kikil” I thought it was “cow’s skin” ? turned out to be “beef tendon” okay then, anyway, hope you like it!
- 150 grams beef tendon, boiled and cut
- 100 grams tofu, cut
- 2 garlics, smashed and chopped
- Half a tomato, cut
- 1 red chilli, cut
- Chicken powder
- Some water
- Oil for frying
Put the oil in a pan. Add in the garlics, stir until fragrant.
Then add in the chilli amd tomato, cook until a bit soft.
Then add in the tendon and tofu. Followed by some water.
Then add in the seasonings. Taste test.
Simmer until everything is cooked.
Turn off the heat. Serve.
