Lemon butter baked salmon

Nice and simple

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  2. 2 tbsp melted butter
  3. 4 cloves crushed garlic
  4. 1 tbsp chopped dill
  5. 1 pinch salt
  6. 1 pinch ground black pepper
  7. 220 g salmon

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 190° C

  2. Grease a baking tray lightly with olive oil

  3. Remove skin from salmon

  4. Place salmon in baking tray

  5. Whisk other ingredients in a small bowl

  6. Pour contents of bowl over salmon

  7. Place in oven for 15 minutes and remove

  8. Serve with desired vegetables and carbohydrates
