Lemon butter baked salmon
Nice and simple
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 220 g salmon
Steps
Preheat oven to 190° C
Grease a baking tray lightly with olive oil
Remove skin from salmon
Place salmon in baking tray
Whisk other ingredients in a small bowl
Pour contents of bowl over salmon
Place in oven for 15 minutes and remove
Serve with desired vegetables and carbohydrates
