Meatballs
Meatballs for spaghetti, or bbq.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound italian sausage
- 1 1/2 tbsp dry minced onion
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 egg
- 8 saltine crackers
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Steps
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. Put in a baking dish rolled into balls, should get around 20 balls.
Bake at 375° for 20-25 min.
Good for spaghetti, or bbq, can be frozen until needed.
