Meatballs

Meatballs for spaghetti, or bbq.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pound ground beef
  2. 1/2 pound italian sausage
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp dry minced onion
  4. 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp basil
  7. 1 egg
  8. 8 saltine crackers
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp pepper

Steps

  1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients well. Put in a baking dish rolled into balls, should get around 20 balls.

  2. Bake at 375° for 20-25 min.

  3. Good for spaghetti, or bbq, can be frozen until needed.
