Mince Samosa

I am 15 and love cooking. It’s an Indian snack loved by everyone.


  1. For stuffing
  2. 100 g Mince
  3. 2 tsp Chilli powder
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 tsp Chicken masala powder
  6. 2 tbsp Oil
  7. For dough
  8. 200 g All purpose flour
  9. 2 tsp Oil
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1 tsp Ajwain


  1. For stuffing, add oil in a pan and let it heat. Once heated add mince and nicely cook until half done. Then add all the spices and saute well. Stuffing is ready. Let it cool.

  2. In a bowl add all the ingredients for dough preparation and nicely mix then add little little water and knead a hard dough.

  3. Let it rest for 15 minutes

  4. Take small portion of dough and roll it to a chapatti and cut it half and shape as shown then fill the stuffing and seal.

  5. Fry on low heat. Enjoy!!!
