Mince Samosa
I am 15 and love cooking. It’s an Indian snack loved by everyone.
Ingredients
- For stuffing
- 100 g Mince
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Chicken masala powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- For dough
- 200 g All purpose flour
- 2 tsp Oil
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Ajwain
Steps
For stuffing, add oil in a pan and let it heat. Once heated add mince and nicely cook until half done. Then add all the spices and saute well. Stuffing is ready. Let it cool.
In a bowl add all the ingredients for dough preparation and nicely mix then add little little water and knead a hard dough.
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Take small portion of dough and roll it to a chapatti and cut it half and shape as shown then fill the stuffing and seal.
Fry on low heat. Enjoy!!!
