Montreal salmon
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Montreal season
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 fresh lemon juice optional
Steps
Rub all the dry seasoning with one tablespoon olive oil over the salmon let it rest for 10 minutes over the counter.
Over medium heat with the other tablespoon olive oil cook the salmon skin first for 10 minutes covered
After 10 minutes flip the salmon on the other side cook for another 10 minute
Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top
