    DIRECTIONS

  • Cut off the bottom of the broccoli stalks and discard. Shave off the tough outer skin of the remaining stalks.
  • Steam the broccoli until it is just tender and bright green. Rinse under cold water, and drain.
  • Combine sauce ingredients, and toss over broccoli. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
