Muddy Buddys – Keto Style


  1. 5 oz (2 bags) Epic Himalayan Pork Rinds
  2. 1 cup Lilly's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  3. 1/2 cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  4. 6 Tbsp Butter
  5. 2 tsp Vanilla
  6. 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  7. 1/8 tsp Salt
  8. 1 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners Monk Fruit


  1. Empty Pork Rinds into gallon zip lock bag and break into pieces (Check’s Cereal piece sizes) and transfer into bowl.

  2. Melt in a double broiler the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter until smooth.

  3. Mix in Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Salt.

  4. Scrap chocolate mixture out of double broiler and into a large bowl. Mix in pork rinds and stir/mix until completely coated.

  5. Put all contents into a zip lock bag and add monk fruit. Zip up bag and shake until all coated.

  6. Put in a bowl and serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
