Healthy lasagna with raw coconut water


  1. 2 pkg mushrooms
  2. My Homemade cheese
  3. Onions
  4. Roasted red bell peppers
  5. Tomatoes sauce homemade
  6. No boil lasagna noodles
  7. Seasonings


  1. Blend mushrooms in a food processor and cook in skillet just like you would do ground beef cook all the water out of mushrrooms

  2. Sauteed onions and start layering the meat, cheese, sauce
