Natto Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. 3 bowls rice
  2. 6 Wiener sausages
  3. 1 piece Japanese leek (6cm)
  4. 1 half a carrot
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 pack "natto" (fermented soybeans *could be replaced with soybeans)
  7. vegetable oil
  8. soy sauce, bonito stock (could be replaced with other fish stock)

Steps

  1. Chop the Wiener sausages and Japanese leek into small pieces and chop the carrot into fine pieces.

  2. Stir fry them together.

  3. Add eggs and rice into the frying pan and keep stir frying it.

  4. Add vegetables, natto, soy sauce and bonito stock to taste.

  5. Stir fry for another 5 minutes.
