Never Fail  Pie Meringue


  1. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  2. 6 tablespoons sugar
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 3 egg whites
  5. few grains of salt


  1. Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt. Cook until thick and clear. Cool slightly.

  2. Beat egg whites until frothy. Continue beating while slowly adding cooked mixture. Continue beating for 5 minutes.

  3. Cover your creation with the meringue. Bake at 450 degrees fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes until golden
