Fried grasshopper recipe from Uganda

Ingredients

  1. Any amount of grasshoppers
  2. Water
  3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  4. 1 pinch salt

Steps

  1. Collect any amount of grasshoppers

  2. Peel off wings and legs

  3. Soak in water for 15 to 20 minutes

  4. Drain out the water

  5. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry on medium heat until golden brown. Stir occasionally

  6. Add a pinch of salt

  7. Enjoy!
