Fried grasshopper recipe from Uganda
Recipe from JP Larroque
Ingredients
- Any amount of grasshoppers
- Water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
Collect any amount of grasshoppers
Peel off wings and legs
Soak in water for 15 to 20 minutes
Drain out the water
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry on medium heat until golden brown. Stir occasionally
Add a pinch of salt
Enjoy!
