Orak Arik Sayur (Mixed Vegetables Stir Fry)

This is my childhood favorite vegetables stir fry. I still remember my mom always cooked me this menu because I never liked vegetables before. And now my daughter also loves ❤️ it so so much. Please follow my Instagram if you like my recipes @jenscookingdiary ??


  1. 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  2. 100 gr green beans, julienned
  3. 2 medium carrots, julienned
  4. 100 gr bean sprouts
  5. 2 bird eye chilies, cut into small pieces (optional)
  6. 2 large eggs, beaten
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 tsp mushroom broth powder
  9. 1/4 sdt white pepper powder


  1. Heat vegetable oil on a pan over medium high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add green beans and carrots. Cook until a bit soft.

  3. Add bean sprouts and bird eye chilies (optional). Season with salt, mushroom broth, and white pepper powder. Mix well for 30 seconds.

  4. Add the beaten eggs. Mix well with the vegetables. Remove from the heat.

  5. Serve with warm rice! Yum ?
