Oven Shrimp Boil

This recipe recreates a traditional shrimp boil for inside the oven.Saves prep time, and tons of clean up.


  1. 2 lbs Peeled and de-veined shrimp
  2. 1 lb Andouille sausage
  3. 1 pkg Frozen corn nibblers (Green Giant)
  4. 12 Red potatoes
  5. 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  6. 1 stick Butter
  7. to taste Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning
  8. Dipping sauce:
  9. 1/2 stick Melted butter
  10. 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  11. 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  12. 1/2 tsp Salt


  1. Line a large casserole dish with foil, add cut ingredients plus shrimp

  2. Cut frozen corn into 2 in wide pieces, cut Andouille sausage into 1 inch pieces, cut red potatoes into 1 inch chunks (you can leave the peel on).

  3. Add Olive oil and Tony’s seasoning to taste (I use a lot) and toss ingredients. Place pats of butter on top of mixed ingredients and cover with foil.

  4. Bake in a 350° oven for 2 hours

  5. For Dipping sauce, melt butter in microwave about 90 seconds. Then mix in other ingredients. Put back in microwave for another 30 seconds to marry seasonings.

  6. Serve, dip, enjoy!
