Pan fried chicken
Still trying to improve the recipe but was still tasty! Open for any suggestion to make it better so waiting for your comments!???
?Things to try next time ?
– gonna replace carrot with bell pepper. Carrot was too hard so might not be suitable for pan frying
– will season the chicken before so it has more taste inside as well
– use starch to make the chicken softer
- 3/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3/2 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Other Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast
- Tenderstem broccoli
- Things to get for next time
- Bell peppers
Pan fry carrot and broccoli with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper as you wish
Pan fry it until the chicken is cooked
Add in all the seasonings. Soy sauce, mirin, sake.
Pan fry until the liquid is gone and you are done!
