  1. 2 cups green moong
  2. 0.5 cup idli rice
  3. Onions
  4. leaves Curry
  5. Ginger
  6. Green chillies
  7. Salt


  1. Soak 2 cups of moong and 0.5 cups of idli rice overnight

  2. Grind moong and idli rice to coarse paste to create dosa batter

  3. Crush onions, green chillies, curry leaves and ginger into fine paste

  4. Add the paste to the dosa batter

  5. Spread the batter on the pan (tawa) like pancake and cook for 2-3min

  6. Serve the dosa with chutney or butter
