Pickled Carrots
Ingredients
- Small Carrots
- Soy Sauce
- Chilli
- Ginger
Steps
Cut Carrots into thin stripes
Mix Soy Sauce, sliced Chilli and grated ginger in a jar.
Add carrots to the jar and add soy sauce until the jar is filled to the top.
Store in the fridge, they are ready after 3 days and last for minimum 2 Weeks.
