Pickled Carrots


  1. Small Carrots
  2. Soy Sauce
  3. Chilli
  4. Ginger


  1. Cut Carrots into thin stripes

  2. Mix Soy Sauce, sliced Chilli and grated ginger in a jar.

  3. Add carrots to the jar and add soy sauce until the jar is filled to the top.

  4. Store in the fridge, they are ready after 3 days and last for minimum 2 Weeks.
