Pickled Jalapeños ((EASY))

This is a simple, wonderful recipe for pickling jalapeños! Pickled jalapeños are super versatile, and taste amazing when made at home.Give it a try!!


  1. 1 c water
  2. 1 c distilled white vinegar
  3. 3 tbl sp sugar
  4. 1 tbl sp kosher salt
  5. 1 clove garlic finely diced
  6. 10-12 large jalapeño peppers (coin sliced)


  1. Combine all items into a medium sauce pan, and place over a high heat. Boil until all peppers are a darker green, then remove from heat. Let cool

  2. After cooling place the peppers into a proper storage container and refrigerate. Serve & Enjoy:)
