Pork chop breaded with Cheese crackers

Usage of leftover cheese cracker. Possible replace to corn flakes or cereals or Marie biscuits


  1. Part A
  2. 4 pcs pork loin meat weight about 300g
  3. Pinch salts
  4. Part B
  5. 2 egg (small size)
  6. C Part
  7. 1 tbsp corn flour
  8. 1 tbsp rice flour
  9. 4 tbsp self raising flour
  10. 1/3 tsp oregano powder
  11. 1/8 tsp white pepper
  12. Part D
  13. Handful cheese crackers


  1. Part A: Layer the pork chop into 4-5mm thickness. Upside down the knife chopped on it until the meat slightly expanded n soft in texture. Sprinkle some salt on each single side. Keep refrigerates and marinates for 2-4hours.

  2. Preheat a sumptuous of oil which in nice level to fritter the pork chop. About 1cm.

  3. Bring the pork chop dipped into the eggs(which lightly beaten), cover with the part C; flour mixture, dipped again in eggs, cover with part D; crackers(which have to pre-crushed)

  4. Deep fry in medium high heat for about 3 to 5mins when its turn golden Color.

  5. Optional: Taste it in original with mayonnaise or brushed it with teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise spread and sprinkle some chillies powder were definitely a delightful choice like we had!;)

  6. Serve with hot rice, blanched broccoli and carrot, and tomato baked bean.
