- 2-3 boiled and peeled potatoes
- Bread crumbs
- Onion 1 chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
First, mash the potatoes and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Add onion and all the spices and mix well.
Shape the cutlets round and then dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs.
Then shallow fry on both sides. Enjoy!!!!!!!
