Raspberry kiwi coconut delight!

This recipe is very good! Very tasty! And very healthy! This recipe is Keto but I don’t call it that because it’s not intended to be.


  1. 14 raspberries
  2. 1 kiwi (sliced thickly)
  3. 2 teaspoon coconut


  1. In a small sauce pan, put the raspberries on medium heat

  2. Stir the raspberries on heat until they become mush

  3. Place the raspberry mush into a cup

  4. Put the sliced kiwis on top

  5. Sprinkle on coconut

  6. Freeze for 2-3 hours

  7. Enjoy!
