Sauteed Ribs


  1. 1 Bell pepper
  2. sheet Tofu
  3. Ribs
  4. Sweet bean paste
  5. Cooking wine
  6. Garlic, shallots, ginger


  1. Heat wok and slightly fry the ribs. Put on the side of the wook and stir fry garlic shallot and ginger. Then stir fry all with the ribs. Add water and sweet bean Paste. Simmer for half an hour.

  2. Then add in beancurd sheets, cooking wine and bell pepper Simmer for 10 mins then ready.
