Shellfish bechamel pasta


  1. fetucini
  2. crab meat
  3. shrimp
  4. flour
  5. butter
  6. milk
  7. parsley
  8. cilantro
  9. dill
  10. garlic


  1. Melt butter on a sauce pot

  2. Add in equal part flour to the butter and mix into melted butter

  3. Heat milk with herb. milk is double whatever the butter and flour is combined

  4. Add milk to the flour and butter milk

  5. Cook pasta and cook shrimp and carb in saute pan

  6. Combine the pasta, shellfish and sauce in big pan and let cook out for a few minutes and properly mix
