Shrimp Vegetable Rice

Try once so you don’t have any regrets!!

Ingredients

  1. 16 tiger shrimp
  2. 5 eggs
  3. 2.5 cup pre boiled rice
  4. 5 tbsp coconut oil
  5. 2 whole red chili pepper
  6. 2 tbsp sesame oil
  7. 1 tbsp lemon zest
  8. 1 tsp white pepper
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp black pepper
  11. 3 tbsp soy sauce
  12. 10 shallots
  13. 1-2 green pepper
  14. 1 bunch green onions

Steps

  1. Beat eggs well and fry them in coconut oil. Add whole red chilli pepper and break it open. When egg is cooked break it in small pieces and put aside.

  2. Fry shrimps in sesame oil and take them out.

  3. Fry rice in the same wok. Add lemon zest, white pepper, salt, black pepper and soy sauce.

  4. Mix well and add shallots, green pepper, eggs, shrimps and green onions.

  5. Dish out and enjoy!
