A super simple delicious high in protein chocolate bananna peanut butter smoothie for you people with a muscle building or wieght loss goal.


  1. 3/4 cup – Milk
  2. 1 large or medium – bannana
  3. 1 scoop – chocolate protein


  1. Take all the ingredients and toss into a blender and mixer up.
