Sinigang na baboy sa sampalok
Ingredients
- 1 kilo pork (any part)
- 8-10 cups water
- Fish sauce
- halves Tomatoes
- Large onion
- 4 pcs taro
- Tamarin
- 2 pcs radish
- String beans
- 8 pcs okra
- 4 slices green chilli
- Rosemary
- Egg plant
- leaves Kang kong
Steps
Saute the pork with onions and tomatoes then put your fish sauce
Put 8 to 10 cups of waterand let it boil
Add all the vegetables except the kangkong leaves and green chillis
Simmer and wait for 1 hour
Put the kangkong leaves and green chillis then wait for about 5 to 10 minutes
Then serve it
