Sinigang na baboy sa sampalok

Ingredients

  1. 1 kilo pork (any part)
  2. 8-10 cups water
  3. Fish sauce
  4. halves Tomatoes
  5. Large onion
  6. 4 pcs taro
  7. Tamarin
  8. 2 pcs radish
  9. String beans
  10. 8 pcs okra
  11. 4 slices green chilli
  12. Rosemary
  13. Egg plant
  14. leaves Kang kong

Steps

  1. Saute the pork with onions and tomatoes then put your fish sauce

  2. Put 8 to 10 cups of waterand let it boil

  3. Add all the vegetables except the kangkong leaves and green chillis

  4. Simmer and wait for 1 hour

  5. Put the kangkong leaves and green chillis then wait for about 5 to 10 minutes

  6. Then serve it
