Sliced Oyster Blade in Homemade Marinate Sauce
When I combine the steak with asian style of sauce.
- 250 g oyster blade
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 garlic
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp chinese cooking wine
- Yellow cupsicum
- Side and sprinkle
- Iceberg lettuce
- Toasted sesame seeds
Cut the oyster blade into slices
Marinate for 15 minutes while heat the oven
Pan fried the beef then put it in the 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
Sauteé the yellow capsicum then set aside.
Set the iceberg lettuce on the bottom of the plate, then put the yellow capsicum, and last put the beef on top of it. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
