Soy Ginger Glaze
Sedona on the Rocks Gathering 2019 – Sauce for soy ginger salmon
Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T sesame oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- 3 T ponzu sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 T minced fresh ginger
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- 1 T rice vinegar
- Pinch lemon zest
- to taste Black pepper
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- Corn starch and water as needed to thicken as desired
Steps
Mix first 10 ingredients and simmer till somewhat reduced
Add orange and lemon juice and mix completely
Add corn starch and water mix and heat as needed to reach desired thickness
Spread over broiled salmon and rice or asian noodles
