Special smoothies

Ingredients

  1. 2 ripe bananas
  2. 2 pkgs vanilla carnation instant breakfast
  3. 1 cup ftozen berries (your choice)
  4. 1/2 cup chunk ptneapples or mandarin oranges (optional)
  5. 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  6. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  7. 1/2 cup milk

Steps

  1. Add frozen berries, bananas, extract, & yogurt to blender. On highest speed blend for a few minutes, then scrape bottom & sides every 30seconds or so.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, blend on high again, scraping sides.

  3. Pour in large glasses. Makes about two, 18 – 24 ounce smoothies.
