Spinach, Chickpea and Feta Burger w/Lemon Tahini Dressing,,?

This is a healthy alternative to a meat burger,, simple delicious and easy to make enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup chopped thawed frozen spinach
  2. 1-15 oz can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  3. 5 Garlic cloves minced
  4. 1 cup Feta cheese
  5. 1 tsp. Cumin
  6. 1 Tblsp kosher salt
  7. 3 Tblsp olive oil
  8. 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  9. 1 tsp black pepper
  10. 1 tsp onion powder
  11. Burger rolls
  12. 1/4 cup flour
  13. 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  14. Lemon Tahini Dressing
  15. 1/2 cup lemon juice
  16. 1 Tblsp of Crushed garlic
  17. 1 tsp onion powder
  18. 1 tsp paprika
  19. 3 Tblsp tahini
  20. 1 tsp salt and black pepper

Steps

  1. Put in blender or food processor, spinach, chickpeas, feta, Garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, cumin, 1 Tblsp oil, panko bread crumbs blend to a coarse consistency pour flour in tray make patties heat up remains oil in frying pan once warm add patties.

  2. Tahini Dressing -put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend till smooth put in refrigerator to chill.

  3. Burger Buns – Toast in oven or grill pan,

  4. Put Tahini Dressing on bun then fresh spinach, Pattie enjoy!
