From the leftover chronicles of sherry, leftovers!!! this is my youngest daughters absolute fave. It couldn’t be more NOT authentic ??

Ingredients

  1. 1-2 lbs fresh cooked or leftover steak, chopped, I had a ribeye and a filet
  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  3. 1/4 cup vinegar, i used rice wine vinegar this time
  4. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  5. 4 tbsp brown sugar
  6. To taste onion and garlic powders and pepper
  7. 6-8 green onions chopped
  8. 1 lb lo mein noodles OR spaghetti noodles

Steps

  1. Boil your noodles in salted water. Drain

  2. Cook your steak in a skillet to desired doneness. Chop into bite size pieces when it cools down enough.

  3. In a bowl mix the soy sauce, vinegar, br sugar, sesame oil and seasonings until dissolved. Chop the green onions and set aside.

  4. When noodles are drained, pour dissolved soy sauce mixture in and combine. Add steak and green onions to the pot next and combine well! We eat egg rolls with ours.
