Sweet hash


  1. 2 sweet potatoes(peeled and chopped)
  2. 2 large russet potatos
  3. Oil for frying
  4. 1/2 stick butter
  5. to taste Salt and pepper
  6. 1 lb ground meat cooked and drained


  1. Fry up ground meat, drain and set to the side

  2. Peel and chop up potatoes and sweet potatoes

  3. In skillet add oil and butter then add tater mix and fry till taters are soft salt and pepper to taste. Once soft serve taters with meat on top and enjoy
