Sweetened coconut sauce

Plant based version of sweetened condensed milk, drizzle to banana fritter or your favourite dessert!


  1. 400 ml coconut cream
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 pinch salt


  1. Bring coconut cream, sugar and salt to simmer

  2. Cook till reduce to half, it should be thicken like condensed milk when its cold.
