Taco Soup


  1. 2 tsp olive oil
  2. 1 1/4 Ibs lean ground beef
  3. 1 medium yellow onion chopped (1 1/2 cups)


  1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink

  2. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients

  3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through. Stirring occasionally
