Tahu Telur / Egg and Tofu Omelette With Bean Sprouts
With bean sprouts and peanut sauce! Okay so I wanted to write the title loke that but it was too full.
Anyway, this is good if you are vegetarian, filling and healthy as well. I used instant peanut sauce which widely available here, but if tou don’t have that don’t worry, just use some peanut butter, mix in a blender with a clove of garlic, some birdeye chillies, salt and pepper if needed and some fried shallots chips if you have, then mix until the become a thick paste, then let it simmer until thickens.
If you want some original version from scratch, I will share a recipe soon.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl bean sprouts, blanch
- 3 eggs
- 5 yellow tofu, cut into cubes
- Oil for frying
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peanut sauce
Steps
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add in the todu cubes. Fry a bit until golden brown.
Then add in the eggs that’s been whisked with salt and pepper.
Fry on one side until golden brown. Then flip it around.
Take it out. Add on the blanched sprouts, then pour in the peanut sauce.
